UTSCH-AG

The objective of the project is to handle license plate production for our client Utsch AG. Utsch AG receives the order from their client to emboss the license plates after laser barcode information and to pack the produced plates into cartons to be ready for shipping. We developed a J2EE application using spring, JAX-RS, Hibernate and MySQL which is hosted in their central server to accept customer orders. This application has modules like client registration, order placing, order tracking, assigning orders, license plate definition etc. There are separate human machine interfaces developed for laser stations, embossing machines and zebra printers which can work independently as well as we developed an automated solution combining these three modules for a fully automatic production environment too. Human machine interfaces are developed using VC#.
