Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and program-oriented QA Tester to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated QA Tester with 1-2 years of experience.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual testing, creating test scenarios and test cases, and working with API testing tools like SoapUI and debugging skills. Experience in automation testing (Selenium) will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform testing to ensure the quality of software applications.
- Manual Testing (Test case creation, execution, defect tracking)
- API Testing (SoapUI, Postman)
- Automation Testing (Selenium – Advantageous)
- Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other team members to ensure quality deliverables.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries for database
validation
Contribute to test automation frameworks (if applicable).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong experience in manual testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- basic programming skills
- Hands-on experience with SOAP UI for API testing
- Experience with debugging for automation testing.
- Knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and reports.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
